Description:

During the presentation we will define what an invasive species is, highlight European green crabs as a species of concern, provide an overview of current monitoring efforts, and provide resources for identifying and responding to an invasive species. Kachemak Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve and Alaska Department of Fish and Game’s monitoring and response efforts will be highlighted.
