A rail worker filmed a CN train as a wildfire burned dangerously close to the tracks in Northern Ontario. CN said everyone on board made it out safely.

More than 100 people have been evacuated from Labrador West as multiple wildfires burn near Labrador City and threaten a highway and nearby campgrounds. Fire crews are getting help from New Brunswick, including a bird dog aircraft to support water-bombing efforts.
